The Water in Condominium project was created to meet the needs of large residential complexes or large apartment buildings, with a fair density of housing. These features make this area particularly suitable for the implementation and experiments that can be initiated with the project.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC SAVINGS
If we consider an average annual consumption of 1,080 liters for a family of three people and the average price of 30 euro cents per liter of natural mineral water on the market, the expense is about 324 euros per year.
By using the "water in condominium" service, the fixed cost per user is certainly much lower.
More in detail, if we consider a daily consumption of about 100 liters a day (always considering for a condominium of 30 families), we can calculate to save in one year 36,500 PET water bottles, which is equal to 3,500 liters of oil and 6,600 kilograms of CO2 for the production of PET and for the transportation of the bottles, and about 46 fewer dumpsters to be sent for disposal.
It’s always available, it avoids heavy bottle transport and storage, and there is more space in the refrigerator.
